About the role
You will lead a team of 25 operators, driving safety, quality and takt-time performance while championing continuous improvement on the line.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily shift briefings and staffing plans
- Track OEE, scrap and first-time-through quality
- Drive 5S and kaizen activity
- Escalate and resolve line stoppages
What we're looking for
- 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Lean or Six Sigma exposure
- Comfortable with shift work
- Conversational English and Hungarian
