Who we are

This portal is operated by an independent recruitment agency. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by BYD Company Limited or its subsidiaries unless an authorised relationship is explicitly confirmed in writing.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful information and documents you are entitled to share.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Do not upload malicious files or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to access other candidates' applications or our administrative tools.

No guarantee of employment

Submitting an application does not create a contract of employment or a guarantee of an interview. Vacancies may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

No candidate fees

Our services are free for candidates. We never ask for payment at any stage. Report any request for money made in our name to alexeykapotkin.hr@outlook.com.

Acceptable use

Automated scraping, bulk submissions, penetration testing without written permission, and any attempt to disrupt the service are prohibited. We may suspend accounts and remove applications that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

Portal content and layout belong to us. You retain ownership of the documents you upload and grant us a licence to process them for recruitment purposes.

Liability

The portal is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
