About the role
You will own the design and validation of high-voltage battery systems from concept through to series production, working alongside thermal, safety and manufacturing teams across Europe and Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Own battery pack architecture and cell-to-pack integration
- Define thermal management and safety requirements
- Lead design reviews with manufacturing partners
- Support validation testing and homologation
What we're looking for
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- 5+ years in EV battery or high-voltage systems
- Experience with ISO 26262 and UN ECE R100
- Fluent English; German an advantage
